Poor customer support and warranty - heated gloves
My wife purchased these gloves for me as a Christmas present on 12/1/2013 due to me having %u201CRaynaud's phenomenon%u201D, where my hands turn white/blue when exposed to the cold. On January 20th of 2014 I returned the gloves and it was determined by Cozy Winters that the gloves were defective so they replaced them, as they were covered under the one year warranty. I also own another pair (that had to be returned as well due to a bad battery connection) so I used those for the remainder of the winter. When I went to use the gloves that were replaced, I found one of the gloves were defective so I contacted customer support and %u201CJustin%u201D informed me that since the one year warranty had expired they would not replace them even though they had replaced them in February of 2014, less than one year. I called and spoke to someone in customer service and they were not sympathetic and said this was the owner%u2019s policy. A one-year warranty for gloves you wear seasonally is not fair to the consumer so I would not recommend this product. The folks there are not reasonable even to a good customer like me who purchased two pairs totaling over $400! Stay away from this company.
